Project Description & Scope
A new gas bar located at the intersection of Torbay Road and Hebron Way that consists of 5 gas pumps, convenience store, Mr. Sub and Country Style restaurant complete with drive-thru service. The site has been designed to accommodate a future car wash facility.
Project Challenges
Ultramar’s maximum asphalt area slopes are stringent. Due to the topography of the site it was challenging to accommodate the large underground fuel tanks at an elevation that was conducive to maintaining acceptable access slopes to the site while also accommodating the future car wash and access to the neighbouring commercial site.
