Project Description & Scope
This project involved the extension of Finlaystone Drive to accommodate an additional 21 residential building lots. A temporary emergency access was provided to Mount Carson Avenue and a privacy fence was added to lots that back onto Mount Carson Avenue.
Project Challenges
A large amount of trench rock affected the overall project schedule.
