Mrs. Paddock has worked in the civil engineering industry as an administrator since 1982. She has provided assistance to many design teams in the preparation of proposals, project budgets, contract specifications, correspondence, and in the contract administration of projects during the construction phase. Karen is responsible for the setup and maintenance of document control for all projects, and for monthly billings and budget tracking.
