Project Description & Scope
A 7,700 sf Scotiabank constructed on a 2.2 ac parcel at the corner of the intersection of Shoal Harbour Road and Thompson Street in Clarenville. The project included all site work, site servicing and landscaping.
Project Challenges
The bank was constructed prior to the extension of Thompson Street which provided one access connection to the site. Hence, a portion of Thompson Street had to be designed and constructed while accommodating unknown future development along the extension of this street.
