Project Description & Scope
A new 12 storey building in downtown St. John’s to offer class A office space. It features a tight urban site and the majority of the parking spaces are concealed while providing a 20% landscaped area. The project required upgrading sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure in Springdale Street.
The building utilizes a geothermal heating system. The geothermal wells are located in the parking lot. Due to the congested site, careful coordination was required in locating underground infrastructure (sanitary, storm, water and electrical) in order to avoid conflict with the geothermal wells.
