Project Description & Scope
Design of Hebron Way, Sea Rose Drive and local streets to service Commercial Land Development. Design consisted of 1000 LM of collector roadway with single lane roundabout and open box culvert for Outer Cove Brook.
Project Challenges
This project requires a single-lane roundabout complete with splitter islands. This required close contact and coordination with the City of St. John’s to ensure proper design for this particular application.
