BLUE PUTTEE DRIVE / STICK POND BROOK BOX CULVERT

Project Description & Scope

Project involved the construction of 4 m span x 1.2 m high box culvert complete with concrete footings, headwalls, wing walls and Recon Block Wall for erosion protection.  Project was required to facilitate the construction of Blue Puttee Drive over the Stick Pond Brook watercourse.

Project Challenges

The project required selecting a box culvert with adequate capacity to convey the 100 year stream flow while maintaining the relatively low profile of Blue Puttee Drive.
